Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Proactively identify and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements during on-site visits.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend solutions that provide total peace of mind.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
•Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.
