Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deliver, and maintain operators’ and maintenance work instructions for PCBA & FG electronic test equipment processes (ICT, Flying Probe, functional tests).
  • •Manage and realize tester and test fixture maintenance (level 2 & 3), including preventive maintenance and internal/external equipment calibrations.
  • •Design PCBA/FG test procedures and work instructions; define repair processes for failed PCBA/FGs and align test instructions/maintenance plans to ECO/MCO in due time.
  • •Track and improve test-related cycle times and defect rates at ICT/Flying Probe/functional test steps using Pareto analysis; update RCCP data.
  • •Support industrialization and quality activities, including ProLaunch deliverables (process flow chart, PFMEA, PPAP), customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives; perform root-cause analysis for quality crises.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing test in production.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Significant experience in production test operations, including maintenance (e.g., Flying Probe and functional testing).
  • •Strong knowledge of PCBA test processes and equipment, including flying probe programming (Takaya) and IPC-A-610 Class 3.
