Job Summary

Create engaging technical curriculum and enablement programs for Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and channel partners. Partner with Product, Solution Engineering, Product Marketing, and SMEs to translate complex concepts into scalable learning paths, certifications, assessments, simulations, demo guides, and technical playbooks. Use Articulate 360 and interactive multimedia to deliver modern digital learning, then measure effectiveness through feedback and business outcomes to continuously improve programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design technical learning experiences (eLearning, certifications, simulations, job aids, and learning paths) for technical customer-facing teams and partners.
•Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and SMEs to turn complex concepts into practical, scalable learning.
•Build technical certifications, readiness programs, and assessments to help teams position, demo, and implement solutions.
•Develop enablement assets such as demo guides, playbooks, reference materials, and competitive enablement content.
•Create and continuously improve modern digital learning experiences and measure effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and business outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging digital learning experiences.
•Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar authoring tools.
•Strong instructional design, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills.
