Senior Engineering Manager, Pro Feedback and Targeting

Lead a cross-functional engineering team to revamp Thumbtack’s pro feedback and targeting experience. You’ll define and drive technical strategy alongside Product, Design, and Applied Science, manage full-stack engineers (backend, front end, iOS, Android), and guide execution through complex technical tradeoffs. The role also involves scaling and operating the infrastructure your team owns while leveraging AI/LLMs to replace static pro preference questions with a learning system that improves as pros use it.
