  • •Ensure work follows documented procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • •Create daily/weekly/monthly personnel schedules to support production targets and service levels.
  • •Serve as escalation point for production troubleshooting and line-down prevention.
  • •Analyze and improve productivity, WIP, and yield using continuous improvement methods (Kaizen, A3, 5 Whys); prepare and present production reports and coaching/training updates.
