Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Maintenance Training on exam, instructor proficiency, training standardization, TSAR, courseware development, certificates, and training records.
  • •Manage maintenance training preparation, completion, training dossiers, and certificates within EASA/CAAC regulations and Airbus standards, coordinating with ACSU teams.
  • •Support EASA/CAAC/Airbus and other authorities’ audits for ACSUM.
  • •Maintain and update maintenance training materials and official forms in the ACSUM folder on the company network.
  • •Provide office administration and logistics support for the Maintenance Training department, including visitor travel arrangements and department/company events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master study in business, management or aviation
  • •Prefer aviation, commercial or English background
  • •Strong English skills
  • •Ability to work effectively in a team and manage administrative tasks
  • •Ability to learn quickly, anticipate needs, and maintain reliability and confidentiality
