Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business unit strategy into priorities, operating plans, measurable objectives, and accountable execution.
  • •Maintain an integrated view of delivery, financial performance, client relationships, workforce, technical priorities, growth pipeline, and organizational risks; prepare decision-ready analyses and materials.
  • •Design and manage an operating rhythm (weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, program-health and financial reviews) to ensure reliable data, right participants, and clear follow-through.
  • •Develop a working understanding of technical environments, architectures, delivery models, dependencies, and modernization roadmaps; express technical risks in business terms and support cross-program coordination.
  • •Support growth and client/executive support by connecting delivery insights, market intelligence, and technical capabilities to qualified pipeline, recompetes, and strategic pursuits; track commitments through completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in federal technology, program delivery, business operations, consulting, government contracting, or a comparable environment.
  • •Experience working across technical delivery and business-management disciplines, including complex IT modernization, application development, digital services, data, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology programs.
  • •Strong understanding of federal contracting, program delivery, financial management, growth, staffing, and client engagement.
  • •Ability to interpret technical issues and clearly communicate business, contractual, financial, and mission implications to senior executives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant technical, program-management, financial, or agile certifications preferred; clearance required (ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust).
