Key Responsibilities

•Drive servicing outcomes by identifying operations issues (e.g., decision quality or breached SLAs) and designing fixes through process changes or influencing product work.
•Translate complex regulatory/compliance mandates into clear operational requirements or product/technical specifications so teams are compliant by design.
•Use Looker and SQL to analyze friction hotspots, run deep dives, and own regional metrics that drive insights and improvements.
•Influence cross-functionally by challenging product teams on operational/customer impact and collaborating with Ops & Compliance teams on risk and controls.
•Institutionalise assurance frameworks (e.g., “Check the Checker”), manage incidents, and lead post-mortems to permanently close the loop on failures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 90,000 - 118,000 annually

•Experience in regional operations or a similar high-growth operations environment where you’ve owned end-to-end problem solving.
•Strong analytical skills to identify root causes using both qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis (SQL/Looker).
•Ability to translate compliance/governance requirements into actionable operational requirements and product specifications.
•Comfort working across operations, product, and compliance, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
•Knowledge of risk management and governance principles.
