A customer-facing Solutions Engineer role supporting enterprise engagements across pre- and post-sales phases. Key Responsibilities

•Define technical success criteria collaboratively with customers and align validation activities to outcomes
•Take lead on technical partnerships within accounts, maintaining proficiency across Cloudflare portfolio
•Conduct thorough technical discovery and qualification of use cases, lead tailored product demonstrations and PoCs to secure the technical win
•Participate in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and multi-product roadmap development to expand footprint and drive upsell
•Provide technical best practices and strategic guidance on internet security, performance, and future-proofing architectures

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a customer-facing sales engineering, consulting, or systems engineering role within enterprise segments
•Experience executing MEDDPICC validation and BANT qualifications
•Expertise in Internet technologies including OSI layers, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS, and cryptographic handshakes
•Strong knowledge of cloud security and multi-cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related architectures (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, DDoS)
•Programming or scripting ability (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go) to build edge logic or manage IaC
