Molding Technician (nights)

Diagnose and resolve molding cell processing issues on scientific injection molding equipment, implementing corrective actions and verifying results. Monitor machine/process operations and documentation to maintain quality, safety, cycle time, and sustainability standards. Provide continuous floor support with maintenance, tool room, automation, and engineering teams, communicate shift handoffs, reduce scrap, and support continuous improvement efforts while following ISO/BRC, H&S, and standard work procedures.
