Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of multiple in-house clinics across Mega account corporate locations, monitoring clinic performance, patient flow, and service delivery.
•Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring availability of medical equipment, supplies, and medications with internal and external stakeholders, and support system readiness for operations.
•Support medical team audits for clinical quality, safety, and hygiene; manage incident reporting and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps.
•Serve as primary liaison between corporate clients and the clinic team, develop customized healthcare solutions, and handle feedback/complaints for service improvements.
•Develop and manage clinic budgets with finance, monitor expenses and revenue, and use data-driven strategies to improve utilization and financial sustainability.

Key Requirements

•Oversee clinic operations for multiple in-house corporate health centers and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.
•Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical quality, safety, and hygiene, with experience supporting medical audits and compliance activities.
•Experience in healthcare management, preferably in clinic or hospital operations.
•Proficiency in financial management and operational efficiency, including budgeting, monitoring expenses/revenue, and cost optimization.
•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
