Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach and model clinical instruction at clinical and/or simulation lab sites, including transitioning to backup coverage as the team grows
  • •Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop clinical instructors; serve as the first point of contact for clinical faculty questions and escalations
  • •Build and maintain clinical site relationships, conduct site visits, and resolve issues as the liaison between instructors and site staff
  • •Run clinical operations including managing assignments, master rotation schedules, confirming coverage, and handling onboarding logistics for clinical instructors and students
  • •Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance, including collecting clinical paperwork, tracking credentialing and health requirements, and ensuring records are current for Board of Nursing and accreditation review

Key Requirements

  • •Active, unrestricted compact (multistate) RN license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • •Master’s degree in nursing
  • •2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing education program
  • •Current BLS/CPR certification (healthcare provider level)
  • •Ability to meet clinical site health and immunization requirements and complete background screening; willingness to travel up to 50%
