Key Responsibilities

•Assist prospect and BD after the qualification stage.
•Onboarding Support to follow up and enhance internal processes.
•Close follow up on the onboarding process (compliance, legal & technical integration) with internal & external stakeholders.
•Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to remove obstacles.
•Once onboarded, guide the customers through the internal Hypercare program.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Sales or related field.
•2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B or fintech and commercial corporate environment.
•Strong Microsoft Office Suite competency, including intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLookup).
•Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or other relevant).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach; proficiency in English and Mandarin.
