Support store objectives by providing excellent customer service, maintaining assigned store sections, and handling day-to-day transactions. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain responsibility for one or more store sections, keeping the area presentation-ready through proper folding and display.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and quickly using all payment methods.
•Follow opening and closing cash desk procedures, and cover Head Cashier/Deputy Cashier duties in their absence.
•Acknowledge customers and provide quality service while building stock knowledge and staying aware of promotions.
•Support compliance, health and safety by performing store audits, following SOPs, and maintaining housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

•Provide excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication for face-to-face and telephone service.
•Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and environments.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail setting.
•Have previous experience in fashion retail or customer service (preferred).
•Maintain strong numeracy and literacy skills, with cash handling experience desirable.
