Senior Strategic Mining Engineer

Provide technical leadership on complex mining projects across North America, supporting work from early-stage studies through detailed engineering and construction support. Partner with project managers and engineering discipline leads to develop practical mining engineering solutions, lead surface mining evaluations, and guide pit and scheduling optimization. Serve as a subject-matter expert for mine planning tools, mentor junior engineers, and review deliverables for quality and compliance with reporting standards.
