Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the project execution strategy.
  • •Oversee safe, cost-effective, and timely completion of the project scope to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • •Provide HSSE leadership and ensure employees and contractors follow project HSSE execution plan requirements.
  • •Monitor and review delivery components, and oversee development of budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • •Develop and manage change and risk management systems, ensure permits/licenses/regulatory approvals are up to date, and run planning sessions and required review processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering from a recognized university.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in a Mining EPCM engineering environment, including mining construction and/or mining operations.
  • •At least 5 years as a Project Manager on large mining projects ($100M–$1B) in lithium, gold, copper, and other precious metals.
  • •Essential construction execution experience and experience managing greenfield or large brownfield projects.
  • •Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood.
