Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead point of contact for USAF accounts focused on Voyager solutions, establishing and nurturing durable relationships.
  • •Manage day-to-day communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs for the Voyager product line.
  • •Drive solution adoption and integration into USAF operations, including expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and follow-on contracts.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and logistics for demonstrations, training sessions, and field support visits; monitor deployed status and usage data.
  • •Act as a liaison between client operational teams and internal engineering/product/field support to relay requirements and troubleshoot/escalate issues as needed.
