Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and check operating schedules, including leave, overtime, and T&A for operations staff.
  • •Manage and monitor end-to-end non-trade purchasing for the OPS team, including vendor sourcing, new vendor setup, PO, contract management, price negotiation, invoices, and payment.
  • •Manage and monitor non-trade materials consumables and inventory for the OPS team.
  • •Facilitate and support Kaizen events, adjust training as needed, and collaborate with ELS teams to deploy, manage, and train staff on digital applications and Lean manufacturing.
  • •Drive operational excellence by converting analog processes into digital formats, implementing AI-driven solutions and automation tools, and supporting Enterprise Lean Sigma implementation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Production Engineering and process improvements.
  • •Certified Yellow or Green Belt.
  • •Proven leadership skills, including leading, motivating, and process and people management.
  • •Strong communication skills and familiarity with digital transformation, AI tools, and Lean tools for productivity enhancement.
