  • •Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and reduce costs.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with transportation, health, and safety regulations while maintaining cold chain integrity.
  • •Oversee route planning, vehicle scheduling, and driver management to optimize resource utilization.
  • •Monitor refrigerated vehicle performance and maintenance, coordinating repairs and servicing to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven senior experience in logistics or supply chain roles with refrigerated or cold chain transport expertise.
  • •Strong knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, and the regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and team management with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • •High proficiency with logistics management software and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving skills plus excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic fluency is advantageous).
