Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the materials and logistics team across a deployed project, supporting expediting, logistics, shipping, materials control, inventory, warehousing, and reporting.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain warehousing and materials control facilities and operations, including continuous performance monitoring.
  • •Manage project material control systems and customized project reporting; ensure materials are marshalled and delivered to schedules and budgets.
  • •Oversee freight forwarding plus import/export and customs control activities, ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and legal requirements.
  • •Establish inventory strategies (e.g., Kanban, consignment stocks, FIFO/min-max), ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts/stock checks, and maintain data integrity in materials systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (ISCED Level 6) or equivalent in Supply Chain.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ industry experience with progression to a similar management position.
  • •Proven logistics and materials management and inventory management knowledge, including ERP systems.
  • •Experience using ERPs such as Maximo, Oracle, or SAP.
  • •Demonstrated leadership of teams and individuals, including development and performance management.
