Job Summary

Lead the design and technical strategy for enterprise collaboration, unified communications, contact center, and customer experience solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures and implementation roadmaps, and produce detailed solution documentation. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle with workshops, RFP/RFI support, and executive-ready recommendations. Provide technical oversight for delivery, including POCs, migrations, and governance/compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and architect enterprise collaboration, unified communications, contact center, and customer experience solutions aligned to business objectives.
•Translate business requirements into detailed technical architectures, including high- and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, specifications, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
•Evaluate and recommend collaboration and CX platforms, define API/web service/data exchange requirements, and lead technical solution workshops/presentations.
•Act as a trusted advisor across the sales lifecycle, including RFP/RFI responses, SoW development, pricing exercises, and executive summary recommendations.
•Provide governance, compliance alignment, technical oversight during implementation/deployment, and lead customer POCs and migration/transformation initiatives from legacy to modern cloud services.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, unified communications, collaboration platforms, contact center, or customer experience technologies.
•Proven experience designing enterprise solutions and providing technical consulting and pre-sales support across the solution lifecycle.
•Deep technical expertise across collaboration technologies, including enterprise networking, network protocols/topologies, and security architecture/controls.
•Strong integration skills using APIs, REST/SOA services, data exchange protocols, and identity and access management.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
