Key Responsibilities

•Pod Leadership: Lead 2–3 pods end-to-end. Set direction, drive execution, and hold the bar high.
•Problem Solving: Own day-to-day decisions. When things get unclear or messy, you make the call.
•Program Direction: Translate high-level vision into real, shippable work.
•Content Ownership: Define what gets built, why it matters, and what “good” looks like.
•Execution & Delivery: Ensure pods ship consistently — not eventually.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years building and shipping real products or systems.
•Deep product and technical instincts — you know what matters and what doesn’t.
•Experience leading teams, even informally — people follow your direction.
•Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions without perfect data.
•Taught yourself things no one asked you to learn.
