Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical functions including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly.
  • •Test and troubleshoot system-level and component-level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems.
  • •Conduct new system and NPI installations and field upgrades.
  • •Follow schematics, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions to perform testing and troubleshooting; compile logbooks and test procedure documentation.
  • •Maintain safety and quality: observe all safety standards, keep a secure and clean work environment, generate Quality Notifications, and report hazards or emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and performing tasks such as walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
  • •Ability to use hand and power tools, and operate equipment such as forklifts (and other heavy machinery as applicable).
  • •Experience testing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems at system and component levels using established procedures.
  • •Working knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, including performing electro/mechanical, pneumatic & vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms.
  • •Must follow safety standards and complete required health and safety training; report accidents, injuries, hazards, or emergencies promptly.
