Key Responsibilities

•Provide oversight and governance for cross-functional delivery of Visa Commercial Solutions programs and initiatives, ensuring timely planning, prioritization, and execution using VATC.
•Partner with Product and Technology leads to drive Annual Operational Planning, Quarterly Product Reviews, and program reviews using Visa enterprise tools.
•Facilitate prioritization of initiatives and epics aligned to OKRs and workforce capacity; manage resource rosters in Jira, Jira Align, and Polaris.
•Manage program forecasts, budgets, labor capitalization, and asset depreciation/amortization; report accurate progress and financial status to stakeholders.
•Coach and mentor PMO, scrum, engineering, and product teams on agile best practices and adoption of Visa’s Agentic Lifecycle Management Operating Model, including audit support and security vulnerability remediation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years with an advanced degree; or 3+ years with a PhD).
•16+ years of work experience in technical program management or software development (or equivalent advanced-degree experience).
•Experience developing plugins and agents using Claude Code, Cline, or other AI agentic tools.
•Enterprise program management tooling experience including Jira/Jira Align and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
•Scaled Agile experience and certifications (e.g., SAFe for Teams/Leading/Implementing/Release Train Engineer; SAFe Agilist or SAFe Program Consultant).
