Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and deliver strategies to stimulate innovation in operational processes to improve competitiveness.
  • •Review, maintain, and optimize the manufacturing and logistical footprint, including make-or-buy and insource-or-outsource decisions.
  • •Drive operational excellence, develop a customer-focused operating culture, and implement continuous improvement programs.
  • •Deliver world-class Health & Safety management and ensure sites operate in line with laws and company policies.
  • •Manage operational costs and performance indicators, deliver CAPEX plans for automation, and report monthly to the Managing Director.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree or equivalent in Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • •Fluency in English and Dutch (written and verbal).
  • •Experience in continuous improvement methodology and Health & Safety.
  • •Background in setting and measuring KPIs/metrics and performance management using best-practice assessments.
