Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Provide a consistent client experience, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams, support self-service digital adoption, and use available resources to deliver operational accuracy and excellence.
