Retail Associate

Create memorable in-store experiences as a brand ambassador by helping customers find the right products, answering questions, and making recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while receiving, replenishing, and processing inventory. Handle efficient, accurate cash register transactions and contribute to store profitability. Work in a flexible retail schedule and collaborate with Store Leadership to support Columbia Sportswear’s mission.
