•Prospect and close net new partnerships with local venues, event creators, and organizers using scaled, repeatable sales approaches
•Secure co-promotion agreements with event hosts to drive mutual visibility and value for Tinder users
•Build and iterate on market-specific playbooks that systematize how we source, pitch, and onboard event partners — so the model scales city by city
•Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams on pipeline strategy, market expansion, and partner performance
