Lead technical engagements with global premium publishers, driving adoption of MonetizeMore’s ad-tech solutions. Serve as the Brazilian market champion, solving complex technical issues, performing end-to-end onboarding, and translating product concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with Sales, BD, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for our premium global publishers, diving into code, network traffic, and ad server configurations to diagnose and resolve integration issues.
•Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for our Brazilian customers, fluently in Portuguese.
•Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore's tools (like PubGuru and Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts to ensure zero downtime and optimal revenue from day one.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to tailor monetization solutions to customer sites and apps.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical stakeholders and provide structured technical requirements feedback to Product/Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills
•Strong front-end web technologies knowledge: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, HTTP/Network protocols; ability to use Chrome DevTools
•Experience with ad tech (Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags) is highly preferred
•Ability to implement custom code solutions (JavaScript, HTML, APIs) and guide customers through complex integrations
