Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Lead end-to-end cost management change control for a large data center program in York County, serving as the key day-to-day client interface. You’ll manage change identification, evaluation, documentation, and approvals; review and negotiate change orders; maintain cost logs and commitments; and deliver cost analysis, variance reporting, and monthly cost reports. Partner with design and the general contractor to develop and reconcile cost estimates, support dispute avoidance, and mentor best practices in commercial governance.
