You will design and deliver one-to-many training programs, live webinars, and cohort-based sessions, translating complex platform concepts into actionable learning across transportation, construction, field services, and other industries, while scaling customer education globally from a remote US base.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based one-to-many programs for customers, guiding groups through structured learning journeys from onboarding through advanced product adoption.
•Design new experiences tying together physical and digital assets to live sessions and Community experiences.
•Produce training materials aligned with team standards; adapt materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
•Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training (e.g., Samsara Community, AI tools; Slido) and demonstrate platform expertise during live sessions.
•Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content, share feedback, and address knowledge gaps through programming.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,622.5 - 108,400 annually

•Ability to build digital learning assets (video tutorials, job aids, decks) using AI tools and authoring/editing tools.
•Working grasp of instructional design and ability to shape programs with clear learning objectives.
