Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based one-to-many programs for customers, guiding groups through structured learning journeys from onboarding through advanced product adoption.
  • •Design new experiences tying together physical and digital assets to live sessions and Community experiences.
  • •Produce training materials aligned with team standards; adapt materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
  • •Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training (e.g., Samsara Community, AI tools; Slido) and demonstrate platform expertise during live sessions.
  • •Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content, share feedback, and address knowledge gaps through programming.
