Own a product vertical end to end for a Neobank Superapp in Southeast Asia, spanning strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and technical design and delivery. Shape systems behind money movement—payments, expense management, remittance, insurance, or wealth and trading—within core constraints like licensing, compliance, and third-party rails. Work cross-functionally while balancing correctness, reliability, latency, scalability, and AI decisioning that is evaluated, auditable, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a vertical end-to-end with outcomes/metrics, value/risk/dependency-based backlog prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria.
•Partner with engineering to shape technical design for money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), security, scalability, reliability, and failure/retry/refund paths.
•Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend decisions to engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy).
•Apply AI where appropriate by defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop behavior, evaluation approach, and safe behavior when unsure; ship behind external partner/regulatory gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, making decisions under ambiguity, and balancing ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational realities.
•Strong technical foundation in system design (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency) and ability to challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or fast-ramp ability, with understanding of correctness over convenience in money movement.
•Hands-on AI judgement for LLM-based products, including defining evaluatable features (offline/online/human feedback) and knowing when a model must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined ML/LLM eval metrics, and/or SEA market experience.
