The SEO Specialist will develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across Ghobash Group and subsidiaries, covering technical, on-page, off-page, local, and AI-driven optimization. You’ll collaborate with regional marketing teams to drive qualified organic traffic, improve conversion rates from organic channels, and grow search visibility across multiple properties, including local and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across Ghobash Group and subsidiaries, covering technical, on-page, off-page, local, and AI optimization.
•Perform keyword research and competitive gap analysis to build strategic keyword maps by service line and subsidiary; identify high-value traffic opportunities.
•Execute on-page optimization across all subsidiary sites (title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, image alt attributes, content) for targeted keywords.
•Lead ethical white-hat link-building, manage local citations, and improve domain authority through high-quality backlinks and disavowal of toxic links.
•Coordinate with IT/development teams to implement SEO fixes, perform technical audits, and monitor performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
