Lead credit strategy and transaction execution for sponsor-owned leverage finance clients within the US Business Credit Office. Own origination support, analysis, structuring, and day-to-day execution, while overseeing ongoing portfolio and risk management. Partner with Corporate & Institutional Banking relationship bankers, product teams, and risk stewards to deliver value-add client advice, adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, and proactively manage operational risk and escalations.
