Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates/budgets, schedules/milestones, and quality control.
  • •Define project delivery resources, run requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement and maintain project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and coordinated, timely documentation.
  • •Direct the project delivery team with action plans, track progress/status and variances, and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •5-8 years of relevant experience in project management for real estate projects.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple information sources.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Preferred: LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations; organizational and advanced math skills.
