Job Summary

Design and deliver AI agentic workflow solutions for Visa clients within the payments and financial services industry. Build, test, and refine agent workflows using prompt engineering, RAG/context construction, tool integration, and guardrails, while running structured evaluations and documenting failure modes. Partner with client teams on process mapping and discovery, prototype agent capabilities, and translate domain/compliance requirements into agent specifications and client-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, iterate, and refine agentic workflows using prompt engineering, RAG/context construction, tool integration, memory management, and guardrail configuration.
•Design and execute structured evaluation cycles, including test case creation, output analysis for factuality/format compliance/task completion, and documentation of failure modes.
•Maintain prompt libraries, evaluation datasets, and experimentation logs to support prompt versioning, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
•Engage with clients across Southern Europe by supporting discovery and process mapping through agent development, testing, and deployment.
•Prepare client-facing deliverables such as process assessments, technical documentation, and progress reports aligned to VCA standards.

Key Requirements

•1–2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, or deploying AI-powered agentic workflows or LLM-based applications.
•Proficiency with an agentic framework/platform such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
•Working knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG/context construction, and understanding trade-offs across latency, cost, and output quality.
•Comfort prototyping with Python or JavaScript and interfacing with AI APIs (full software development skills not required).
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with the ability to prepare client deliverables for senior audiences.
