Branch Leader - Titus Landing

Lead all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through coaching, managing, and motivating teammates while growing business development. Own branch revenue growth by expanding small business and mass affluent relationships through appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, ethics, and required training, and manage human capital decisions including hiring and performance reviews.
