Key Responsibilities

•Translate user needs into functional/technical specifications and drive the project lifecycle from initiation to production.
•Manage the project scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality to ensure on-time delivery within costs and quality targets.
•Coordinate with technical teams on architecture (VM, storage, switches, firewall, applications) and deployment approaches including production handover.
•Ensure security and confidentiality aspects for hosting/managed IT environments with GDPR compliance; leverage ITIL processes where applicable.
•Coordinate user acceptance testing and handover to operations, defining the delivery mode for production deployment.

Key Requirements

•Strong project management of infrastructure projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
•Experience with ITSM, CMDB, monitoring tools and automation/virtualization for IT infrastructure.
•Budget tracking and financial oversight for projects with attention to security and GDPR compliance.
•ITIL certification is a plus.
•Habilitation Très Secret is required.
