Key Responsibilities

•Be the GM's right-hand in strategic and finance decisions and define long-term country goals.
•Set and review monthly and quarterly country and department targets aligned with long-term goals.
•Implement current corporate strategy throughout the annual planning cycle at country and city levels.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement, and commercial) to ensure profitable execution and develop profitability analyses for new ideas/businesses.
•Lead cross-functional projects to improve profitability and analyze business performance to identify improvements and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, audit or corporate finance within a leading company, with experience guiding teams and leading major projects.
•Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
•Advanced accounting and finance knowledge; able to manipulate and present quantitative data and build flexible reporting templates.
•Fluent in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
•Ability to influence stakeholders, hands-on and autonomous.
