Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision and roadmap for platform capabilities enabling LPM teams to build, integrate, and operate payment methods at scale.
  • •Lead engineers in designing and delivering reliable, self-service foundations that simplify complex integrations and speed up launches.
  • •Build an AI-first engineering organization by developing platform hooks and working practices for agentic development and improved AI-assisted execution.
  • •Partner with customers, engineering, product, partnerships, legal, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain engineers, and lead improvements to the team’s operating processes and culture.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience managing teams that shipped high-quality products.
  • •Comfort operating with autonomy and responsibility in an ambiguous environment.
  • •Track record of recruiting, developing, and building strong engineering teams.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and make or coordinate hard decisions and trade-offs across functions.
  • •Technical acumen to partner with staff engineers on architecture and technical strategy.
