Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform well-site and shop engineer duties, including unit maintenance and all pre-job, well-site operations, and post-job duties.
  • •Supervise and train a team of two or more Field Operators, including onboarding/offboarding, interviewing, promotions/terminations, performance reviews, and approving time sheets and expenses.
  • •Coordinate with customer representatives and drill crews to align operations with the rig or production facility.
  • •Advise customers on logging and completions operations by interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and supporting wellsite analysis and decisions.
  • •Manage crew and equipment at the wellsite and in the shop, ensure equipment/facility maintenance, and maintain required records/communications safely.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering with 1+ year of Wireline experience.
  • •OR a two-year technical associates degree with 3+ years of Wireline experience.
  • •OR a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of Wireline experience.
  • •Fully competent in engineer duties at the well site and at the shop, including maintaining the unit.
  • •Experience supervising and training junior operators as part of wellsite operations.
