Oversee Managed Transportation Services, chauffeur, and events across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Northern Emirates to ensure schedules, budget targets, and contract requirements are met. Manage monthly fleet reporting including overtime, driver scheduling, annual leave, and fuel expenses, while driving continuous improvement. Create departmental purchase requests for approved/budgeted expenses, coordinate traffic fine settlement and vendor recovery, and maintain document control with ISO/IMS-compliant master data updates and system audits.
