Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete required safety training and follow Micron safety policies for all work.
  • •Lead design, development, and characterization of new equipment; identify and close hardware/procedural gaps.
  • •Supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while managing quality, cost, and schedules.
  • •Coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process steps.
  • •Support internal/external audits with documentation and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete required safety training and perform all tasks in accordance with Micron’s safety policies.
  • •Lead the design, development, and characterization of new equipment, identifying and resolving hardware and procedural gaps.
  • •Supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while ensuring work quality, cost control, and project schedule adherence.
  • •Collaborate with equipment vendors and internal/external stakeholders to improve products and support roadmap requirements.
  • •Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems; familiarity with scripting/RPA/Tableau and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
