  • •Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to HRAC technicians and related trade roles, including inspections and maintenance work.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent GED.
  • •HVAC Journeyman certification and US EPA Section 608 Technician Certification.
  • •10 years’ experience in heating and cooling operations, including HVAC and heating/boiler plants with associated plumbing/pipe systems maintenance.
  • •Ability to use mandatory manuals, technical bulletins, or manufacturer operating manuals.
  • •Valid driver’s license and U.S. Citizenship; able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
