Key Responsibilities

•System Configuration & Ownership: Act as the Lead Functional Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books, valuation methods (Actual, Standard, FIFO), and accounting rules.
•Sub-ledger Reconciliation: Direct the technical resolution of variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, ensuring RBNI reports are accurate and automated.
•Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (MES/WMS).
•Cost Accounting Optimization: Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components for accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
•Compliance & Audit Support: Configure systems to meet DCAA and GAAP requirements, ensuring cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting is auditable.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions in manufacturing (A&D preferred); DCAA & CPFF contracting experience a plus
•Deep understanding of transactional accounting (Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management, WIP) and the interplay between CRM, MES, WMS and ERP, with hands-on Oracle or SAP experience
•Ability to write SQL queries to extract data for reconciliation and experience using OTBI for financial reporting
•A&D industry knowledge and familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and ERP settings
•U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and willingness to be in-office full time with up to 25-50% travel
