Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and delivery of instrumentation and control systems for mining and heavy industrial facilities.
•Oversee control philosophy, system architecture, and functional specifications for complex process systems.
•Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to ensure integrated project solutions.
•Drive innovation by applying advanced automation, digitalization, and control technologies.
•Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality reviews; support project execution from concept through commissioning and optimization.

Key Requirements

•At least 12+ years of electrical engineering design experience supporting heavy industrial facilities.
•Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility in Canada.
•Extensive instrumentation and controls engineering experience in mining or heavy industrial sectors.
•Strong expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, and process automation platforms.
