Key Responsibilities

  • •Set project controls guidelines and implement tools/systems for earned value management, cashflow/cost/revenue forecasting, and schedule progress and projections.
  • •Direct design work by project teams and service providers to meet KPI targets for safety, quality, scope, cost, and time; manage up to 10 projects concurrently.
  • •Oversee scheduling functions across the project lifecycle, including baseline schedule management, schedule updates, analysis, forecasting reporting, and schedule change activities.
  • •Conduct detailed project performance review and tracking for progress, cost, and timeline metrics; produce monthly project status and forecasting reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Support scope/change management and risk management by identifying commercial risks, mitigation measures, and opportunities to improve project controls; contribute to handover and kick-off inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •BA in Architecture or related discipline in an appropriate architectural, engineering, or building discipline.
  • •10+ years’ experience as a design manager for developers or design consultants managing multiple building design projects concurrently.
  • •Proven experience in planning, scheduling, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and cost control.
  • •Ability to produce, read, and modify schedules and scheduling curves/reports.
  • •Leadership and stakeholder management skills, including leading project controls staff and building relationships quickly.
