Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the innovation commercialisation process with governance and compliance from concept approval to commercial execution across On and Off Premise channels.
  • •Lead and coordinate innovation project team meetings, ensuring effective communication across cross-functional teams.
  • •Assess feasibility, prioritise innovation initiatives, and ensure appropriate resources and contingencies are in place.
  • •Define schedules, assign and track tasks, monitor progress, and deliver milestones within expected timeframes while managing issues and scope changes.
  • •Lead risk analysis and mitigation planning across multi-year launch horizons, maintain the Innovation Hub, and coordinate NPD setup across internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project management experience, ideally in FMCG, liquor, innovation, or commercialisation.
  • •Experience working with NPD, innovation, Stage Gate, or product commercialisation processes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to influence, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong analytical and organisational skills for high-detail work while managing multiple priorities.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting clear updates to stakeholders.
