  • •Manage risks-related issues and insurance activities for the organization.
  • •Handle risk-related issues across financial, reporting, IT security, Safety, Health and Environment, employee security, and proposal/pursuit preliminary risk assessment/analysis.
  • •Advise and participate in planning, development of strategy, and policy related to risk discipline.
  • •Work under limited supervision and provide reporting for special projects as needed.
  • •May review other employees’ work and resolve issues, independently or with a Manager, and support risk deliverables across the program/project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in project management/certification PMP or quantity surveying, or an engineering degree.
  • •4 years of relevant experience implementing risk management practices, including risk identification and mitigation, on large construction projects/programs.
  • •6–8 years of professional experience in risk management on large construction projects/programs.
  • •Experience facilitating risk workshops and coordinating large stakeholder groups.
  • •Familiarity with Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques/tools and enterprise risk management tools (e.g., Active Risk Manager (ARM)).
