Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data science initiatives for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality, translating business objectives into projects.
  • •Manage and mentor citizen data scientists through all phases of data science projects and refine models as needs evolve.
  • •Develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions (predictive, prescriptive, simulation, statistical) to address operational challenges.
  • •Access, integrate, clean, and transform data; apply statistical analysis and visualization to discover insights and correlations.
  • •Build scalable data pipelines and collaborate with IT/data engineering to deploy, monitor, and maintain production ML models.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • •Master’s degree in Data Science strongly preferred.
  • •Proven experience leading and managing citizen data scientists.
  • •Specialization in ML, AI, cognitive science, or data science.
  • •Knowledge and application of agile methodologies and experience applying ML/data science to business functions.
